What? Another Field trip

This time we went to a Christmas tree farm.

First thing on our agenda:

Play

pump -the- water- so- your -duckie -can -race- down- the- cut -open- plastic- pipe- game.

I don't know if that's really the name of the game, but the kids loved it and probably could have stayed there all morning playing it. Just some good old fashion fun.

Next up: Sophia and her friends dressed a scare crow in some random clothing.

Then they watched how to make a fresh wreath and got to help a little too.

Then we were off on a hay ride around the farm to learn about how Christmas Trees grow.

Lastly the class picked out a tree to take back to the pre-k and decorate.

Fun day!
